We will not voluntarily share your information with anyone without your permission. If you are an athlete, we will need your permission for your coach(es) to see your drill results. If you are a coach, you promise not to share any information about athletes assigned to you in our system without the athlete's permission.

Please be aware that although we use standard security procedures, no computer system is immune to hacking, illegal access to information, and other assorted ills of the world. Do not share your password with anyone, be careful to watch for people watching you when you use the system in public places, and shut down your connection with this site when you are not using it in a place where unauthorized people could take over when you leave or are distracted.

When credit card payments are made, we do not save anything needed to bill your account except for the "token" provided by the credit card processing intermediary company. That "token" is meaningless to anyone outside that company but that company can use it to find out everything it knows about your account information. So when we need to bill your account, we submit that token instead of your credit or debit card information, and that is how your card gets charged by us.

Unfortunately, we may have to change this privacy notice. Most people do not want to be bothered and the changes usually are not significant, so we will follow the standard industry practice of saying that the changes become effective when they are posted to this web site, whether or not you know about them or not. If you are a subscriber to our service and this bothers you, let us know and we will make a special effort to let you know personally in case we do change this privacy notice.
